Customs Clearance
Our Head of this department, James, has 25 years of diverse
experience including within the Customs department itself, Fedex,
Motor Parts trade, Fuels and, of course, Freight Forwarding and
Shipping. Our aim is to always provide Customs Clearance within
24 hours, with the proviso that the entry is a simple one of 5
lines of classification or less, and that any delays within
Customs or any other regulatory body are, of course outside of
our control. We will always provide the customer with feedback
regarding delays so that, even if the information at that time
is not positive, you will know what is going on with your
valuable cargo.
